WebFollicular lymphoma is characterized by diffuse lymphadenopathy, bone marrow involvement, and splenomegaly. Extranodal involvement is less common. Cytopenias are relatively common but constitutional symptoms of fever, night sweats, and weight loss are uncommon in the absence of transformation to diffuse large B cell lymphoma. WebLymphoma of the conjunctiva is an ocular malignancy derived from clonal proliferation of lymphocytes. The majority of conjunctival lymphoma is extranodal marginal zone B-Cell lymphoma (EMZL), however diffuse large B-cell (DLBCL), follicular (FL), mantle cell (MCL) and T- cell subtypes are also seen.
