It'll stumble at low throttle and clear up full throttle but the DFI light has flashed and stayed on a couple of times but goes away and currently isn't on. I'm trying to figure out how to check the codes on this model.

If the main throttle servo were disabled, you would be lucky to get the Mule to move. The sub-throttle is for starting and initial sensing of the fuel demands.
