The subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 in this example. WebHowever, I do need 2.4 for IoT so I am running one satellite with OpenWRT as a dumb access point only broadcasting 2.4Ghz. Since that is overkill, I will be adding a cheap TPLink AP with 2.4GHz only. This seems fairly clear now, and not ideal, but it was the only way I could figure out how to do it without making a huge mess of the network.
